Mr. Willie Fleming
The Founder and President of the International Minority Coalition. The organization was found in 2017. His vision was to create an organization of minorities coming together to uplift the communities in Mecklenburg County and beyond. He has successfully joined together a diverse group of individuals to build economic, political, social, and educational strengths within our communities. His goal is to provide a sense of belonging and inclusion to our minorities when it comes to achieving success.

Tina Kurniawan 
The International Minority Coalition Treasurer and Senior Executive Board Member.  She is Mr. Fleming's biggest supporter since 2017 and helped him in making his vision come true.
